We and our third-party AI model providers process your prompts, uploaded materials, and generated Outputs as needed to provide the generation task, operate Assets, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Any use of User Content for model or service improvement must match our actual provider arrangements and will be disclosed before this Policy is published.
We will not publicly display your Inputs or Outputs for marketing, galleries, or case studies without separate permission, except where content is made public by you through a feature that clearly states it is public.

We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use:
- essential cookies to maintain sessions, login state, security, and core functions;

Where required, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through the cookie controls provided by the Service or your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Assets, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and complying with law.
| Data category | Retention period |

| Payment and transaction records | For the period required to process payments, refunds, disputes, accounting, and applicable law |

Deleting an Asset may first remove it from your Account view. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, service-provider systems, or restricted safety and legal records. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login method and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
10. International Data Transfers
Glinvo and its providers may process information outside your country or region. The actual storage and processing locations depend on the cloud, identity, payment, analytics, and model providers used by the Service. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
