Glinvo Content Policy

1. Our Safety Approach

Glinvo is designed to help people create AI-generated images and videos responsibly. You must use the Service lawfully, safely, and with respect for the rights of others.

This Policy applies to prompts, uploaded images and videos, reference materials, generated outputs, Assets, downloads, sharing, and any other activity using Glinvo.

2. Who May Use Glinvo

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not allow another person who is not eligible to use your Account.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must have all rights and permissions needed for the text, images, video, audio, logos, products, people, faces, voices, and other materials you submit.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to third-party content. Glinvo does not endorse generated output or provide intellectual-property clearance.

Where disclosure is required by law, platform rules, or the context, you must make clear that content is AI-generated or altered.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Glinvo to create, upload, request, edit, distribute, or facilitate the following.

4.1 Child sexual exploitation

We apply zero tolerance to child sexual abuse material and may report suspected illegal material as required by law.

4.2 Non-consensual sexual or intimate content

4.3 Illegal, dangerous, or violent activity

4.4 Hate, harassment, and abuse

4.5 Fraud, deception, and impersonation

4.6 Privacy, likeness, and surveillance

4.7 Intellectual-property and other rights violations

4.8 Platform and service abuse

4.9 High-impact decisions

You may not use Glinvo output as the sole basis for automated decisions that determine a person's eligibility, access, or rights in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, or essential public services.

5. Contextual Review

Educational, documentary, newsworthy, scientific, or artistic context may be considered, but it does not automatically make harmful or illegal content acceptable. We may consider the purpose, likely harm, level of detail, consent, public interest, and applicable law.

6. Safety Checks and Enforcement

Glinvo may use automated systems, model-provider controls, and human review where available to identify potential violations. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

If a request is blocked by content review before a task is created, no Credits will be charged. If a task is created and Credits are deducted, but the model later rejects the task or the task fails because of a platform technical error or timeout, Glinvo will automatically restore the full Credit charge for that task. Restored Credits are not a cash refund.

7. Reports, Rights Complaints, and Removal Requests

To report content or conduct that may violate this Policy, email support@glinvo.ai with:

For copyright, trademark, privacy, or likeness complaints, include information showing your identity, the right you claim, the content at issue, and how to contact you. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details.

8. Appeals

If you believe a content or Account decision was incorrect, contact support@glinvo.ai from the email associated with your Account. Explain the decision you are appealing and provide relevant evidence. We may decline repeated, abusive, or unsupported appeals.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy as the Service, law, provider requirements, and safety practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. The current version and "Last updated" date will appear on this page.
